TK5100 Series Standard Liquid Turbine Flowmeter
Product Overview
Section titled “Product Overview”The TK5100 Series Standard Liquid Turbine Flowmeter is a velocity-type flowmeter for clean, low-viscosity and non-corrosive liquids. When liquid passes through the sensor, it drives the rotor to rotate. The rotor speed is proportional to flow rate, and the instrument converts the speed signal into a pulse frequency or standard output signal for instantaneous flow, total flow and remote transmission.
The series can be supplied with flange, threaded or wafer connection, with optional local display, pulse output, 4-20 mA, HART or Modbus communication.

Flow Range and Connection
Section titled “Flow Range and Connection”The catalogue provides liquid flow ranges for different diameters from DN4 to DN200, including normal, extended and recommended flow ranges. Final selection should consider medium viscosity, density, operating pressure, temperature and allowable pressure loss.
Connection options include flange, threaded and wafer forms with different installation accessories. Straight pipe runs should be provided before and after the meter, and installation should avoid strong vibration, two-phase flow and partially filled pipes.

- Nominal diameter: selected within DN4-DN200.
- Nominal pressure: 0.6 MPa, 1.0 MPa, 1.6 MPa, 2.5 MPa, 4.0 MPa or others.

- Accuracy grade: 1%, 0.5%, 0.2% and others.
- Output: pulse, 4-20 mA, 4-20 mA + HART, 4-20 mA + Modbus and others.
- Power supply, protection level and explosion protection are selected according to site conditions.
