Knife Edge Thermocouple

The knife edge thermocouple uses a blade joint welded directly to the furnace-tube surface. It is suitable for surface-temperature measurement of furnace tubes and tower walls in the petroleum industry and is a temperature-measurement device for refinery fractionating towers.

  • Surface-temperature measurement of furnace tubes in the petroleum industry.
  • Surface-temperature measurement of tower walls in the petroleum industry.
  • Refinery fractionating towers.
  • The blade joint can be welded directly to the furnace-tube surface.
  • Temperature measurement ranges of 0 to 1100 °C or 0 to 800 °C are available.
  • Protective tube materials: 310S, GH3030, or GH3039.
  • Specification d: Φ8 or Φ12.7.

The blade joint is welded directly to the furnace-tube surface. Provide the furnace-tube or tower-wall surface profile, welding location, and required installation length T for selection.
