Vaporizer Furnace High Temperature Thermocouple

The vaporizer furnace high temperature thermocouple is suitable for vaporization-furnace hearth temperature measurement in the gas chemical industry and furnace-hearth temperature measurement in the coal chemical industry. It is a special high temperature thermocouple for GE-TEXACO furnace temperature measurement. When the thickness of furnace bricks and lining walls changes, the thermocouple can adjust its own expansion and contraction to reach an appropriate temperature-measurement position.

  • Vaporization-furnace hearth temperature measurement in the gas chemical industry.
  • Furnace-hearth temperature measurement in the coal chemical industry.
  • GE-TEXACO furnace temperature-measurement applications.
  • Its expansion and contraction can be adjusted when furnace-brick and lining-wall thickness changes, to adapt to the temperature-measurement position.
  • The structure includes a direction rotating ball, limit conduit and vibration damping spring.
  • The outer protection tube uses pressure-free sintered silicon carbide, with a slow-heating inner protection tube.
  • high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, wear resistance, good airtightness and a secondary leakage-prevention structure.
  • Nominal pressure is not more than 10 MPa.

The structure diagram shows a direction rotating ball, limit conduit, vibration damping spring and flange connection. Selection should be based on changes in furnace-hearth wall thickness, installation location and required insertion length.
