Silicone Insulation Flame-Retardant Control Cable

This flame-retardant control cable with silicone rubber insulation is designed for control and monitoring circuits rated up to 450/750V in hot, humid, radiation, ozone or cold environments. Silicone rubber insulation and sheath provide flexibility and weather resistance, while shielded and armoured constructions support interference control and mechanical protection.

  • Steel, metallurgy, power, coking, aviation, machinery and petrochemical installations.
  • Control, monitoring and protection circuits around high-temperature equipment.
  • Routes requiring flame, ozone, radiation, water or cold resistance.
  • Rated voltage U₀/U: 450/750V.
  • Operating temperature range: -60℃ to +180℃.
  • Installation temperature: not lower than -20℃.
  • Minimum bending radius: 6D for unarmoured or unshielded cables and 12D for armoured or shielded cables.
  • Copper braid, copper tape, aluminium-plastic composite tape shielding and steel armour options are available.
