Pressure Gauge Accessories
Product Overview
Section titled “Product Overview”Pressure Gauge Accessories include sealing and protection components used with pressure gauges in applications involving corrosive media, high temperature, high viscosity, solid particles, crystallization or strong pressure pulsation.
The accessory range in this catalogue includes chemical seals, flange isolation seals, damping devices, cooling fins, overvoltage protection devices and condenser tubes. Selection should be based on the measured medium, process temperature, pressure pulsation and connection form.
Chemical Seal
Section titled “Chemical Seal”The chemical seal is composed of a standard pressure gauge and a diaphragm seal. The diaphragm separates the measured medium from the filling liquid, improving measurement performance in applications with corrosion, high temperature, high viscosity, solid particles or crystallization tendency.
Chemical seals are mainly used in petroleum, chemical, alkali production, chemical fiber, pharmaceutical, steel and food industries. Threaded and flanged connection forms are available.
Product Principle
Section titled “Product Principle”The isolation diaphragm deforms under the pressure of the measured medium. Through the internal filling liquid, this pressure is transmitted to the connected pressure gauge and displayed as the measured pressure value.

Damping Device
Section titled “Damping Device”The damping device is used to prevent strong fluid pulses and protect the pressure gauge from damage. It is suitable for pressure systems with strong pulsation in the measured medium.

Cooling Fin
Section titled “Cooling Fin”The Cooling Fin SR is a damping device used to prevent strong fluid pulses and protect the pressure gauge from damage. It is suitable for pressure systems with strong pulsation in the measured medium.

Overvoltage Protection Device
Section titled “Overvoltage Protection Device”The overvoltage protection device is used to protect pressure gauges from damage caused by strong fluid pulses. It is suitable for pressure systems with intense pulsation in the measured medium.

Condenser Tube
Section titled “Condenser Tube”The condenser tube is mainly used in environments with permeating or saturated high-temperature vapor to prevent direct contact between the internal pressure gauge and the high-temperature fluid.
