TKWL-1300 Series Guided Wave Radar Level Gauge
Product Overview
Section titled “Product Overview”The TKWL-1300 Series Guided Wave Radar Level Gauge outputs a 4-20 mA analog signal and can measure up to 30 m. It is designed for complex conditions such as high temperature, heavy steam tanks and solid silos.
Product Principle
Section titled “Product Principle”Guided wave radar is based on time-of-flight measurement. The probe sends high-frequency pulses along a cable or rod probe. When the pulse reaches the material surface, it is reflected and received by the instrument. The electronics convert the travel time into a level signal corresponding to the 4-20 mA output.

Model Selection
Section titled “Model Selection”- Electrical entry: M20×1.5, 1/2NPT or customized.
- Enclosure material: cast aluminum or stainless steel.
- Electronic components: 4-20 mA/HART with 24 VDC two-wire, 24 VDC four-wire or 220 VAC four-wire options.
- Sealing temperature: -40 to 120°C standard, -40 to 200°C high-temperature with radiator, or -40 to 600°C high-temperature/high-pressure with radiator.
- Antenna material: 304, 316L, 304+PTFE or 316L+PTFE.
- Installation method includes G1-1/2 thread and DN50 to DN150 flanges.
