Control Cable with XLPE Insulation
Product Overview
Section titled “Product Overview”This control cable with XLPE insulation is designed for AC control, monitoring and protection circuits rated up to 450/750V. Copper braid, copper tape or aluminium-plastic composite tape shielding can be selected, together with steel tape or steel wire armour for mechanical protection.

- Fixed installation indoors, in cable trenches and conduits.
- Control systems requiring shielding, flexibility, armour or low-smoke halogen-free sheaths.
Product Features
Section titled “Product Features”- Long-term conductor operating temperature: 90℃.
- Installation temperature: not lower than 0℃.
- Minimum bending radius: 8D for unarmoured cables and 12D for armoured or copper-tape-shielded cables.
- PVC, PE and polyolefin outer sheaths are available.

Technical Requirements
Section titled “Technical Requirements”- DC conductor resistance at 20℃ complies with GB/T 3956.
- Power-frequency AC withstand test: 3.0kV for 5min without insulation breakdown.
- Insulation resistance at 70℃ meets the applicable type and cross-section requirements.
