Assembly Thermal Resistor

The assembly thermal resistor is normally used together with display instruments, recording instruments and electronic computers. It directly measures the temperatures of liquid, steam and gas media and solid surfaces in production processes, with a measurement range of -200 to 500°C. It measures temperature by using the characteristic that a material’s electrical resistance changes with temperature; the working instrument indicates the temperature corresponding to the resistance value.

Assembly thermal resistor with multiple head, probe, and mounting options.

  • Temperature measurement of liquid, steam and gas media in production processes.
  • Solid surface temperature measurement.
  • Temperature-measurement applications used with display, recording or electronic computer systems.
  • Simple assembly and convenient replacement.
  • Spring-loaded temperature-sensing element with good vibration resistance.
  • Large measurement range.
  • High mechanical strength and good pressure resistance.
  • Junction box protection level: IP65 and IP66.
  • Available with no fixed installation, fixed thread, adjustable flange, fixed flange, flexible tube joint type, fixed thread cone type, straight tube fitting type, fixed thread tube fitting type and adjustable thread tube fitting type.
  • Vertical pipeline, inclined pipeline and flange installation are available.
  • Single or double thermal resistance elements are available.
