Special Thermocouple for Cracking Furnace

The special thermocouple for cracking furnace is mainly used to measure the outlet temperature of ethylene cracking furnaces. Its special structure allows it to fit closely against the inner side of the cracking-furnace tube without affecting material flow. It is widely used in ethylene plants.

  • Outlet-temperature measurement of ethylene cracking furnaces.
  • Temperature measurement of cracking-furnace tubes in ethylene plants.
  • The measuring end uses a V-shaped design that fits closely against the inner side of the cracking-furnace tube without affecting material flow.
  • Laser cladding surfacing with ZK825H tungsten drill alloy material is used to enhance service life.
  • A thermal-insulation design helps ensure stable measurement temperature.

The measuring end fits closely against the inner side of the cracking-furnace tube through its V-shaped structure. The installation diagram shows the cracking-furnace tube, supporting pipe, high-temperature glass fiber, connection flange, sealing gasket, connection bolts, compression nut, and connection port. The actual installation should match the site cracking-furnace tube and connection arrangement.

Model Graduation Temperature Measurement Range Allowable Deviation
