Blowing Thermocouple

By blowing in nitrogen or other gases, harmful gases are sent out of the protection tube, thereby improving thermocouple service life. This product is an indispensable temperature-measurement device in 300,000-ton ammonia plants.

  • Temperature measurement in 300,000-ton ammonia plants.
  • Temperature-measurement conditions where nitrogen or other gases are blown in to discharge harmful gases from the protection tube.
  • Nitrogen or other gases can be blown in to send harmful gases out of the protection tube.
  • The blowing structure helps improve thermocouple service life.
  • Protection level: IP65.
  • Accuracy level: Class I or Class II.

The structure diagram shows a thermocouple structure with a blowing-gas connection and a flange-connection structure. Confirm the blowing-gas connection, flange specification, and insertion length according to the site process connection.
