TKWL-1900 Series RF Admittance Level Switch
Product Overview
Section titled “Product Overview”The TKWL-1900 Series RF Admittance Level Switch is a level control technology developed from capacitive measurement. It is designed to resist material buildup and provide reliable, accurate level switching in a wide range of applications.
RF admittance measurement uses high-frequency radio waves to measure the admittance value of the medium, enabling level detection for liquids and solids.
Product Principle
Section titled “Product Principle”The switch applies radio frequency to the probe and continuously analyzes the surrounding environment. Since the dielectric constant and conductivity of the medium differ from air, the small capacitance change when the probe contacts the medium is detected and converted into a switch output. Its anti-adhesion circuit responds only to capacitance changes caused by actual level change.

- Probe material: 304+PPS, 304+PTFE, 316L+PTFE, 304+ceramic, 316L+ceramic or customized.
- Process connection: NPT3/4 thread, DN25 flange, DN50 flange or other.
- Probe or cable length is specified in millimeters.
