TKWL-2100 Series Fork Level Switch
Product Overview
Section titled “Product Overview”The TKWL-2100 Series Fork Level Switch uses piezoelectric crystal resonance to vibrate the fork. When the fork is damped by material, the amplitude drops and frequency and phase change. The internal circuit detects these changes and converts them into a switch signal.
The product is used for high and low level monitoring, control and alarm in tanks, and is suitable for liquids, powders and granular solids.
Product Principle
Section titled “Product Principle”A pair of piezoelectric crystals installed on the fork base make the fork vibrate at a resonant frequency. When the fork contacts the measured medium, the frequency and amplitude change. These changes are detected by the intelligent circuit and converted into a switch signal.

Model Selection
Section titled “Model Selection”- Electrical interface: M20×1.5, 1/2NPT or customized.
- Power supply: DC24 V or AC220 V.
- Sealing temperature: standard -40 to 120°C, or high-temperature -40 to 200°C with heat sink.
- Probe material: 304, 316L, 304+PTFE, 316L+PTFE, 304+PFA, 316L+PFA or customized.
- Process connection: G1 thread, clamp 50.5, DN50 flange or other.
- Explosion-proof type: ordinary or explosion-proof.
- Insertion depth is specified in millimeters.
