XLPE Insulation Cable for Variable Frequency Motor
Product Overview
Section titled “Product Overview”This XLPE insulated cable is designed for connections between variable-frequency power supplies and motors, as well as distribution circuits rated up to 1kV. Its shielding construction helps reduce electromagnetic interference and radiation, supporting stable power delivery and control signals.

Product Features
Section titled “Product Features”- Rated voltage U₀/U: 0.6/1kV.
- Long-term conductor temperature: 90℃; maximum short-circuit temperature: 250℃ for up to 5s.
- Installation temperature: not lower than 0℃; fixed installation environment: not lower than -10℃.
- Minimum bending radius: 15 times the cable outer diameter.
- XLPE insulation provides heat and weather resistance, while the shield helps control electromagnetic interference.

Technical Requirements
Section titled “Technical Requirements”- Maximum DC conductor resistance at 20℃ complies with GB/T 3956.
- Finished cables undergo a 3500V/5min AC withstand test without insulation breakdown.
- Armoured constructions are available for installation environments requiring additional mechanical protection.
