Photovoltaic Cable
Product Overview
Section titled “Product Overview”This photovoltaic cable connects photovoltaic batteries with DC/AC converters and is suitable for DC systems up to 1.8kV core-to-core in non-grounded systems. Irradiated cross-linked insulation and low-smoke halogen-free materials support long-term outdoor photovoltaic operation.
Applications
Section titled “Applications”- Single-core DC connections on the photovoltaic side.
- Power connections between photovoltaic batteries, combiner equipment and DC/AC converters.
- Outdoor routes requiring ozone, UV, oil, abrasion, corrosion and transient-overload resistance.
Product Features
Section titled “Product Features”- Ambient temperature: -40℃ to +90℃.
- Maximum conductor operating temperature: 120℃; short-circuit temperature: 200℃ for 5s.
- Insulation and sheath temperature index: 120℃; expected service life stated as 25 years.
- Low-smoke halogen-free flame retardance, ozone, UV, ageing and oil resistance.
