TK5200 Series Insertion Liquid Turbine Flowmeter
Product Overview
Section titled “Product Overview”The TK5200 Series Insertion Liquid Turbine Flowmeter is an insertion-type instrument for liquid flow measurement in large-diameter pipelines. The sensor is inserted into the pipe to measure local velocity, and the pipeline flow is calculated from the pipe cross-sectional area.
The catalogue includes tangential and axial insertion structures, with ordinary insertion and online insertion/removal installation options.

Installation
Section titled “Installation”TK5200 can be selected according to pipeline and maintenance requirements:
- Ordinary insertion installation.
- Online insertion/removal installation.
- Tangential sensor installation.
- Axial sensor installation.
The sensor insertion depth and installation direction should follow the technical catalogue, and sufficient straight pipe runs should be reserved. For online insertion/removal structures, the ball valve and mounting seat should be configured according to the catalogue.
Model Selection
Section titled “Model Selection”- Basic model: TK5200.
- Installation method: ordinary insertion or online insertion/removal.
- Sensor form: tangential or axial.
- Pipeline diameter: selected for DN150 and above according to site pipeline.
- Nominal pressure: 0.6 MPa, 1.0 MPa, 1.6 MPa, 2.5 MPa, 4.0 MPa or others.
- Temperature range, accuracy, output signal, power supply, protection level and explosion protection are selected according to site conditions.
Information Required for Inquiry
Section titled “Information Required for Inquiry”- Pipe diameter, wall thickness, material and installation method.
- Liquid name, density, viscosity, temperature and pressure.
- Minimum, normal and maximum flow rate.
- Whether online removal without stopping flow is required.
- Output signal, power supply, explosion protection and protection level.
