TK-3051-DPG Downhole Pressure Gauge Transmitter
Product Overview
Section titled “Product Overview”The TK-3051-DPG Downhole Pressure Gauge Transmitter provides continuous downhole pressure and temperature measurement. The pressure signal is amplified, converted by a 24-bit A/D converter and processed by a microprocessor before being transmitted through a dedicated logging cable to the surface modem and control system. Pressure and temperature can be acquired downhole, with surface calibration and communication configuration available.

Product Features
Section titled “Product Features”- Pressure and temperature measurement: Acquires pressure and temperature together, with temperature available for compensation.
- High-resolution conversion: Uses a 24-bit A/D converter and high-accuracy pressure measurement circuit.
- Long-distance communication: Supports MODBUS-RTU and RS485 communication through a single-core logging cable.
- Downhole sealing: Downhole sealing pressure is not less than 60 MPa; wellhead sealing pressure is 5 MPa.
- Maintenance and calibration: Supports surface zero calibration, atmospheric pressure calibration, laboratory calibration and remote configuration.
- Cable capability: Cable outer diameter is not more than 8 mm, with wear-resistant, tensile and gas-barrier construction.

Model Characteristics
Section titled “Model Characteristics”- DPG-1 is intended for coalbed methane wells, oil and gas wells, deepwater wells and horizontal wells.
- DPG-2 is intended for conventional oil and gas wells, shale gas wells and directional wells, with cable-channel redundancy.
- DPG-3 is intended for conventional oil and gas wells, shale gas wells, ultra-deep coalbed methane wells, directional wells and horizontal wells under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
Installation and Communication
Section titled “Installation and Communication”- Fixed downhole base installation with supporting shock absorption.
- Simultaneous pressure and temperature transmission through a single-core logging cable.
- Gas-barrier construction inside the cable helps reduce gas entry after cable damage.
- MODBUS-RTU communication, RS485 interface and surface modem connection.
Maintenance and Calibration
Section titled “Maintenance and Calibration”The downhole pressure gauge should be brought to the surface for regular calibration, with a calibration interval of no more than three years. Surface zero calibration, atmospheric pressure calibration, laboratory calibration and remote configuration can be performed according to the field requirements. Laboratory calibration can use the verification software and technical support.
