Control Cable with Fluoroplastic Insulation

Product Overview

This control cable with fluoroplastic insulation is designed for control, monitoring and instrument circuits rated up to 450/750V. High-temperature fluoroplastic insulation can be combined with fluoroplastic or silicone rubber sheaths for installations exposed to heat, oil, moisture, acids, alkalis or corrosive gases.

Applications

• Metallurgy, power, chemical and petroleum installations.
• Control systems exposed to high or low temperature, oil, acids, alkalis or corrosive gases.
• Fixed or flexible connections for electrical appliances, instruments and automatic control systems.

Product Features

• Rated voltage U₀/U: 450/750V.
• Long-term operating temperature of fluoroplastic insulation: 200℃.
• Installation temperature: not lower than -20℃ for silicone-sheathed cables and -15℃ for fluoroplastic-sheathed cables.
• Minimum bending radius: 8D for unarmoured cables and 15D for armoured or copper-tape-shielded cables.
• Copper braid, tinned copper braid, copper tape and aluminium-plastic composite tape shielding are available.
