Control Cable with PVC Insulation
Product Overview
Section titled “Product Overview”This PVC insulated control cable is designed for AC control, monitoring and protection circuits rated up to 450/750V. The range includes fixed-installation, shielded, flexible and steel-tape or steel-wire armoured constructions for different installation conditions.
Applications

- Control, monitoring and protection circuits.
- Installations requiring shielding, flexibility or resistance to mechanical force.
Product Features
Section titled “Product Features”- Maximum long-term conductor operating temperature: 70℃.
- Installation temperature: not lower than 0℃.
- Minimum bending radius: 12D for armoured or copper-tape-shielded cables, typically 6D for flexible and unarmoured cables.
- PVC sheath, steel tape armour, steel wire armour and flexible constructions are available.

Technical Requirements
Section titled “Technical Requirements”- DC conductor resistance at 20℃ complies with GB/T 3956.
- Finished cables undergo a 3.0kV/5min power-frequency AC withstand test.
- Insulation resistance at 70℃ meets the applicable standard requirements.
