Thermocouple for Blast Stove

The thermocouple for blast stove is suitable for temperature measurement of hot-air-supply pipes, furnace roofs and other positions of blast stoves in the iron and steel industry. The service temperature is 600 to 1600°C. Its outer sleeve is made of imported pressure-free sintered silicon carbide tube and lined with a double-layer high-quality corundum tube, forming a multilayer protection structure.

  • Temperature measurement of hot-air-supply pipes of blast stoves in the iron and steel industry.
  • Temperature measurement of blast-stove furnace roofs and other positions in the iron and steel industry.
  • Applications with high temperature, oxidizing and reducing gas corrosion, and gas-flow scouring.
  • The service temperature is 600 to 1600°C.
  • Withstands combined corrosion from oxidizing and reducing gases.
  • Resistant to gas-flow scouring.
  • Outer sleeve made of imported pressure-free sintered silicon carbide tube and lined with a double-layer high-quality corundum tube.
  • Multilayer protection structure, with nominal pressure not more than 10 MPa.

The structure diagram shows flange mounting. For selection, provide required length L, insertion depth H, installation length T, protective-tube diameter D and flange connection dimensions.
