The integrated temperature transmitter is usually used with display instruments, recording instruments and electronic computers. It outputs a 4 to 20 mA signal and directly measures the temperatures of liquid, steam and gas media and solid surfaces in the range of -200 to 1300°C at production sites containing carbon and nitrogen compounds and other explosives. The thermoelectric potential or resistance generated by a thermocouple or thermal resistor produces an unbalanced signal through the transmitter bridge; after amplification, it is converted into a 4 to 20 mA DC signal.

- Temperature measurement of liquid, steam and gas media at production sites containing carbon and nitrogen compounds and other explosives.
- Solid surface temperature measurement.
- Applications that require a temperature signal to be sent to display instruments, recording instruments or electronic computers.
- Two-wire 4 to 20 mA output with strong anti-interference ability.
- Saves the cost of compensation wire and temperature-transmitter installation.
- Cold-end temperature automatic compensation and a non-linear correction circuit.
- Liquid-crystal or digital-tube display available.
- Protection grade: IP66.
- Available with fixed thread, fixed flange, fixed thread cone type, straight tube fitting type, fixed thread tube fitting type and adjustable thread tube fitting type.
- The structure drawings show threaded, flanged and sleeved installation constructions.
- Explosion-proof junction box with optional display.
