UHZ-50 Series Magnetic Liquid Level Gauge
Product Overview
Section titled “Product Overview”The UHZ-50 Series Magnetic Liquid Level Gauge is a float-type metal-tube field indicating level gauge. It provides sealed, leak-proof and intuitive local indication for liquid level or interface measurement, including applications with high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity and corrosive media.
With optional alarm switches, control switches or a level transmitter, it can provide upper/lower alarm, control and two-wire 4-20 mA DC remote transmission for indication, recording and control.

Product Principle
Section titled “Product Principle”The gauge works by buoyancy and magnetic coupling. As the liquid level rises or falls, the float in the main tube moves with it. The permanent magnet in the float drives the red-white magnetic indicator through coupling: red indicates the liquid level area and white indicates the gas area.

Model Selection

- Main tube material: 304, 316L, PVC, PP, 304+PTFE, 316L+PTFE or other materials.
- Display panel: aluminum alloy panel, stainless steel panel, or magnetic-sensitive electronic dual-color panel with 24 VDC or 220 VAC.
- Discharge flange options include blind flange, drain screw and drain valve.
