The YM Series Diaphragm Pressure Gauge combines a general pressure gauge, connector and diaphragm isolator into a sealed system filled with sealing liquid. It is used when the measured medium should not directly enter a general pressure gauge.
This series is suitable for petrochemical, alkali production, chemical fiber, pharmaceutical and food process applications, especially where the medium is highly corrosive, high temperature, high viscosity, easy to crystallize, easy to solidify or contains suspended solid particles.

- Diaphragm isolation: The diaphragm isolator separates the process medium from the pressure gauge.
- Closed liquid-filled system: Pressure is transferred by sealing liquid in the closed system.
- Corrosion-resistant material options: Diaphragm materials include 316LSS, 316LSS+PTFE, Hastelloy HC-276, tantalum, titanium and Monel 400.
- Selectable seal liquids: High-viscosity silicone oil, low-viscosity silicone oil, glycerol aqueous solution, vegetable oil and fluorine oil are available.
- Flange or threaded connection: Diaphragm flange and diaphragm threaded structures can be selected.
When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm deforms and compresses the sealing liquid in the closed system. The sealing liquid transfers pressure to the elastic element in the pressure gauge, and the indicating device displays the corresponding pressure value.
