TK301 Integrated Concentration Density Transmitter
Product Overview
Section titled “Product Overview”The TK301 Integrated Concentration Density Transmitter continuously measures liquid concentration and density in industrial processes. It combines a capacitance differential pressure sensor, temperature sensor and dedicated algorithm. The transmitter measures differential pressure, compensates for process liquid temperature changes and calculates concentration or density according to the configured algorithm.

Product Features

- Temperature compensation: An internal temperature sensor compensates for process liquid temperature changes.
- Algorithm-based calculation: Dedicated software and configured algorithms calculate the target concentration or density.
- Selectable ranges: 0.5-1.8, 1.0-2.5 and 2.0-5.0 g/cm³ range configurations.
- Selectable wetted materials: 316L stainless steel or Hastelloy C276.
- Flexible installation: Top or side installation, with electrical interface and display selected according to the order configuration.
