Product Overview

The TKWL-150 Series Glass Tube Level Gauge uses high-purity glass or quartz tubes for clear indication, good sealing, high temperature and high pressure resistance, anti-viscosity performance, long service life and convenient maintenance.

It is widely used for liquid level indication in containers and boilers in petroleum, chemical, power and metallurgy industries, and is especially suitable for colorless transparent liquids.

Product Principle

The upper and lower flanges connect the glass tube level gauge with the vessel to form a communicating vessel. The liquid level or interface height can be read directly through the quartz or glass tube. Dual-color indication is based on optical transmission, reflection and refraction in gas and liquid phases, making the liquid phase appear green and the gas phase red.
