Computer and Instrument Shielding Cable (including Intrinsic Safety Type)
Product Overview
Section titled “Product Overview”This computer and instrument shielding cable is designed for signal connections between computer systems, monitoring loops, automatic control systems, detection instruments and field devices. Individual shielding, overall shielding and armour help reduce external interference in computer networks, DCS systems and industrial instrumentation.
Applications
Section titled “Applications”- Computer, DCS and automatic control systems.
- Monitoring loops, detection instruments and instrument connections.
- Industrial sites requiring intrinsic-safety, individual shielding, overall shielding or armour.
Product Features
Section titled “Product Features”- Working frequency: 50Hz; working voltage: 300/500V.
- PVC, PE, low-smoke halogen-free, XLPE, silicone rubber and fluoroplastic insulation options.
- Typical long-term conductor temperatures are 70℃, 90℃, 180℃ or 200℃ according to insulation.
- Minimum bending radius: 12D for metal-tape-shielded, steel-wire or steel-tape armoured constructions, and 8D for unarmoured flexible or braided-shielded constructions.
